About Healthy Bergen
Healthy Bergen is a group of community partners dedicated to improving the health, well-being and quality of life of everyone within the Bergen County community. Powered by the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), Healthy Bergen brings together all of the county’s hospitals, as well as public health officers, social service providers and other community stakeholders to work together toward creating a healthier Bergen County.
Every three years, Healthy Bergen conducts a comprehensive community health needs assessment study (CHNA). We then use the data from that study to develop proactive plans that address the community’s health and wellness needs and connect people to the resources and services that address them.
Your Voice Matters!
Help Shape the Future of Health in Bergen County.
Healthy Bergen is conducting the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)—and we need your input!
